8,000 exhibitors from 110 countries, 145,000 trade visitors from over 190 nations - a record year for Anuga! For the first time, we joined forces with our partners Ekrem Cakir from ECO Gastrohandels GmbH (Austria) and Jörgen Bodewes with Danny Koedijker from Mediterranean Food (Benelux) - a strong sign of our international collaboration. Our current motto "Chefs can", the new Adria website and many personal discussions generated enthusiasm and exciting contacts. This showed us once again: Nothing replaces direct dialogue and personal exchange. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, tasted and made plans with us. We are taking a lot of inspiration, new ideas and anticipation with us - for everything that is to come!
