Crops are expected to be reduced by 25 per cent due to a lack of water. The water reservoirs are empty and experts are warning of a poor harvest. However, prices have yet to be announced. The situation is different in northern Italy. Farmers and producers there fixed the price at 142.50 euros per tonne of raw produce at the beginning of the week. How will prices develop?
