News from Greece:
First frost, then heavy rain
We are currently looking anxiously to Greece - more specifically to the fruit blossom of the apricot and peach trees there.

Night frosts were already causing problems for the fruit tree buds in mid/late March. You can read more about this in our current food news. Yesterday we received further breaking news from our partner: "After the frost of the last few nights, the area around Skydra, Veria and Thessaloniki was hit by torrential rain, meaning that a crop failure of around 80 per cent is to be expected in northern Greece."
