Pesto made from capers
  • 70 g pine nuts
  • 50 g ADRIA Capers
  • 1 shallot
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Drain the capers. Peel and finely dice the shallot.
  2. Chop all the prepared ingredients with olive oil in a food processor. Flavour the pesto with a little salt and pepper and season as required with Capers garnish.

 

Tip: Serve with fresh ciabatta.
