Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes, then add the garlic, ADRIA peperonata, pasta, water, salt and herbs, cover and simmer the One Pot for 10-12 minutes.
Once the desired consistency of pasta and sauce has been achieved, season One Pot with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and serve with grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
