Chickpea salad
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tin ADRIA chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt
  1. Slice the tomatoes, dice the cucumber, peel and finely chop the onion. Drain the chickpeas and fry briefly in hot oil in a pan.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper - done!
