Lasagne
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Bacon
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp to grease the tin
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 cans ADRIA pizza tomatoes (425 ml)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Sugar
  • 250 ml béchamel sauce
  • 200 g grated Parmesan cheese (or more)
  • 8 lasagne sheets
  1. Peel and finely dice or chop the onions and garlic. Cut the bacon and carrots into small cubes. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees top/bottom heat.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. First fry the mince until crumbly, then fry the onions, garlic, bacon and carrots for two minutes. Add the ADRIA pizza tomatoes.
  3. Bring the mince sauce to the boil briefly, then season with salt, pepper, oregano and a pinch of sugar and set aside.
  4. Grease the oven dish with oil. Spread 4 tbsp of the mince sauce in the dish and cover with lasagne sheets. Spread a quarter of the remaining mince sauce and a quarter each of the béchamel sauce and Parmesan over the sheets. Layer the remaining ingredients in the same way.
  5. Bake the lasagne in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
