Fruit salad
  1. Toast the coconut chips in a non-stick pan without fat until lightly browned. Spread the maple syrup evenly on top, mix in and spread everything out generously on baking paper to cool.
  2. Serve the fruit cocktail together with the juice in portions and top with maple crunch.

 

Tip: Depending on the season and flavour, simply combine the fruit salad with fresh fruit.
