
At last week's meeting of the Leaders Club - a network of people and companies with a passion for gastronomy at the Hofbräukeller in Munich - everything revolved around what really moves our industry. The motto: "People, brands & emotions." Right in the middle of it all: restaurateur Silja Steinberg, host of the event, who put it in a nutshell: "Emotions are the foundation of our industry." Panels and discussions made it clear that places for genuine encounters are needed, especially in times of change. Our Managing Director Thomas Schneidawind was also a guest at the event.
