It couldn't be simpler! With our Peperonata One Pot, the time and ingredients are manageable - and the result is irresistibly delicious thanks to our sweet and aromatic ADRIA Peperonata.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 700 g ADRIA pepperonata
- 500 g pasta (e.g. penne or spirelli)
- 800 ml water
- ½ Salt
- 1 tsp chopped herbs (e.g. oregano, thyme, rosemary)
- grated pepper
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes, then add the garlic, ADRIA peperonata, pasta, water, salt and herbs, cover and simmer the One Pot for 10-12 minutes.
- Once the desired consistency of pasta and sauce has been achieved, season One Pot with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and serve with grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
