As economic uncertainties, volatile markets and global crises shape the environment, one thing becomes ever more important: resilience. And that doesn't just arise from good strategies, but above all from strong teams.

That's why today we are deliberately taking time to work together on our collaboration, communication, and corporate culture. We will be accompanied by coach Martin Groß. Because we are convinced: those who grow as a team can overcome challenges better, shape changes more successfully, and remain capable of action even in turbulent times. „Much of what is currently impacting companies is beyond our control. How we work together as a team, however, is within our control,“ says Managing Director Thomas Schneidawind. PMM-Co Managing Director Fabian Kretschmer adds: „Especially in economically challenging times, trust, communication, and cohesion are important building blocks for resilience.“
